Philosophy

Botanical Clothing is a small handmade clothing line based in Southern Oregon. It's a one woman show, everything is made one at a time by the designer (that's me). Organic hemp is the main textile used to create my clothing. Occasionally linen, organic cotton, or deadstock fabrics are utilized. Fabric remnants are used until they become too small for garments; they are then donated to local quilters, craft schools, or recycled. The only plastic used is elastic for waistbands in pants and clothing care labels. No animal products are used in Botanical Clothing. Consideration for the natural environment and Planet Earth is at the center of everything I do here and in my personal life. I don't feel there is any other way to live.
