The Tumbleweed Tunic came to be after a friend gifted me a pre-loved top of hers that she thought I might like. It was a little old, a dusty pink color, and way too big...I felt so seen. I found myself wearing it so often that I needed to make my own version of it. *A note about natural dyes~ I dye the garments I make with plants. This might be flowers, bark, or roots. I use methods to create consistent results, but I am using colors sourced from nature, and nature can be unpredictable (in the most wonderful way). Hues may not come out of the dye pot exactly the same way everytime (close, but not exact). This means you get to walk around in something totally unique. Fun!
